This A - Frame is used for show days and pointer board purposes. It is an indoor and outdoor application.
In addition these signs can be used in retail spaces, for marketing activations as well as de-marcating spaces in sports facilities such as sponsorship applications.
As a result of market demand there is a requirement for flexible and economical A-Frame signs. The Plasti A-Frame provides a modular system that is easy to assemble and is cheaper than competitive products such as the chromadek and ABS on show pointer boards currently being used
What makes The Plasti A-frame different ?

- Can reuse existing correx printed boards (cost saving)
- Modular design allows for landscape and portrait applications as well as different size signs (Flexibility)
- Movable hinge allows sign to be stacked and unpacked easily

The Plasti A-frame consists of the following:
- 2 x Plasti Hinges (Movable)
- 4 x 600mm Plasti Poles
- 4 x 470mm Plasti Poles
- 8 x Corners
- 1 x Velcro strap + Weight
The Correx boards and (x8) cable ties supplied by the clients
How to set up (build) the Plasti A-frame

Step 1
Lay out all the components for setup

Slide the 2x plasti Hinges on each side of the 600mm plasti poles

Step 3
Slide the 4 corners on either side of the 600mm plasti poles; ensure that the solid section of the corner is facing upwards and the opening is facing side. This prevents the sign from slipping down

Step 4
Insert 4x 470mm Plasti Poles into corner components

Step 5
Slide the final four corners onto the bottom of the 470mm poles, to replicate the top corners and complete the frame

Step 6
Finally slide the final 2 plasti poles cross bars to make up your A-frame

Step 7
Attach the Velcro strap to the bottom crossbars, this is for stability and weather conditions

Adjust your A-frame in order to fit the correx board snugly, cable tie the board to both frames, and place the weight on the Velcro strap
